BBC announces the death of Queen Elizabeth II

[VIDEO] Wanted to share this piece of history. How this was announced on the state TV network for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Perhaps we can see how other Commonwealth Realms that count the reigning British Monarch as their head of state announced the death of Queen Elizabeth. However, we'll just look at the mother country of Great Britain.

I can only imagine how it was in 1952 when King George VI, the Queen's Father was announced on the emerging  communication method of TV. And then all the news reports of her own ascension to the British throne.

Should I go to college? Asks Casey Neistat

[VIDEO] I'm a huge Casey Neistat fan or became one within the last year. This old vlog from just about four years ago starts off as most of his vlogs would just going through his daily life until he gets to the subject he wants to touch on.

What do you think of his thoughts on college? Just bear in mind he's a high school dropout and being a filmmaker by profession he's never even been to a film school.

Which reminds me I never crafted a graduation message for the class of 2020. We've been in a strange year and I'd better get to it before the year is over and we think about the class of '21.

Casey Neistat: What just happened?

[VIDEO] First and foremost I want to wish you all a Happy New Year. We are at yet the start of a new decade the "roaring 2020s".

YouTuber Casey Neistat takes stock of his life and getting older. Something I've started arriving at recently. It's amazing to realize we have a lot of the past behind us than say when younger and it seems the time starts to drag now more than in our youth.

Probably not Neistat's message, however, we should not have our futures determined by our pasts. We still have the future ahead of us and as I head into a new decade myself if there are some changes to be made in my own life now is the time to start making them.

Enjoy.

Want to see a "videoblog" tomorrow?

Well I want to update you. May have a possible video blog to share, will work on it today and then hopefully post it to The Sixth Ward YouTube channel tomorrow.

It basically documents my commute on the Red Line today. Unfortunately it's a common occurence - it's happened often enough on my commute - to hear about either police activity or some unauthorized person on the right-of-way. So what I documented is what you can expect when this happens.
